Every year we stash away little bits of each wine. It’s hidden away in a safe place where Hadyn and Darcy can’t get to it. Our Museum Wine collection brings you a rare taste of the past – limited-release back vintage bottles from the Black & Ginger cellar, carefully aged and ready to shine.

These are the wines that helped shape our story. Whether it’s our very first vintage or a standout small-batch experiment, each bottle has been cellared with love and is drinking beautifully now. Check in here regularly, you never know what we might have been able to find in the cellar!
