Tastings at the Black & Ginger wine shed in Pomonal are bookable by appointment — because we like to be here when you are. Whether you’re planning a Grampians getaway or you’re a local who’s been meaning to visit, grab a spot below and we’ll get something sorted. Hungry? Barney’s Bar & Bistro next door serves food at the wine shed during their kitchen hours, Friday – Sunday 12-2pm.
Tastings can be booked from 12-5pm, Thursday – Sunday
Food can be ordered from Barney’s from 12-2pm, Friday – Sunday
Sip Your Way
Choose 3 or 6 wines, 100ml pours, designed to share and taste at your own pace. No script, no pressure — just generous pours, good company, and the freedom to discover what you actually like.
What’s included
- Wines: Choose 3 or 6 from the current Black & Ginger line-up
- Serve: 100ml pours in individual mini decanters
- Duration: Flexible — enjoy at your own pace

Jam & Juice
Four wines, where wine meet music in the most epic way! A sensory tasting experience unlike any other cellar door in the Grampians. Slip on the headphones and let the music meet the wine.

- Wines: Choose 4 from the current Black & Ginger lineup
- Serve: 50ml tasting pours per wine
- Music: Curated playlists via QR code or discman; headphones provided
- Duration: Approximately 45-60 minutes
