Bold yet beautifully poised, The Virginia is Merlot reimagined—modern, structured, and far from shy. Made with certified organic fruit grown at our home vineyard Hounds Run in the Grampians, this small-batch release is all about balance: generous dark berries, plush plum, a flicker of dried herbs, and a fine graphite edge. There’s depth here, but also freshness—bright acidity and a long, silky finish that keeps things lifted and lively.

Matured in seasoned French oak, this is a Merlot with both charm and backbone. Whether you're pouring for a dinner party or just treating yourself, The Virginia offers something a little unexpected… and a lot delicious.
