Origin and Taste Profile:

The fruit for Lily's Block comes from our very own certified organic vineyard, Hounds Run, ensuring the highest quality and care in every bottle. This Shiraz was made using 50% whole bunch fermentation, adding an extra layer of spice to the wine. Lily's Block Shiraz offers lifted aromas of blackberry, cacao, and spice, enticing your senses from the first pour. The palate is rich and juicy, with flavours of black fruits that linger on the finish.
