Shipping policy

Orders are normally dispatched within three working days from receipt of order, however Black & Ginger Wines reserves the right not to dispatch wines in exceptionally hot weather or prior to long weekends. We ship domestically within Australia only, via Australia Post or the most cost-effective carrier depending on your location.

Please give clear instructions regarding address, location and what to do if nobody is at home when the shipping carrier calls.
