We're teaming up with the incredibly talented Cat Clarke, Chef extraordinaire for an Autumn Feast. Cat is well known for her crafting seriously delicious food, using locally sourced produce and native Australian ingredients to enhance the flavours of her dishes. We've teamed up with Cat more than once and it's always been such a blast we decided it was about time we headed up to Dimboola to Cat's new home at the golf club.

Join us on Friday 10th April 2026 for a delicious Autumn Feast, including canapes + three courses with matched wines. Plus Hadyn and Cat will both speak to their creations throughout the night. Please advise any dietary requirements via email contact@blackandginger.com.au
